All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Overnight Express: 12:00 PM EST

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at support@burut.com. We can update your address if the order hasn't shipped yet.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. International shipping coming soon!
